Cruising the Patagonia Channel and Chilean Fjords

Following our first two Patagonian ports of call where we were feeling we only had a glimpse of Patagonia this certainly changed with our next day ‘at sea’ where we cruised through the beautiful Patagonia Channel and Chilean Fjords. Maybe we were just too impatient!

Cruising through the Chilean Fjords was an amazing experience. During the morning the weather was cloudy and overcast however this improved throughout the day and into the afternoon. The area is vast and we spent a day sailing through miles and miles of remote and majestic scenery. Not surprisingly this area reminded us of Norway (where we had a long weekend in 2015 trekking the awesome Trolltunga), New Zealand and it was like a massive version of the limestone casks of Halong Bay, Vietnam.

We will let the pictures do the talking for the rest of this post!
